CANCELLATION POLICY

• Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A $10 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is a deposit that will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Rescheduling (6+ Hours Notice): If you need to reschedule at least 6 hours before your scheduled time, your $10 booking fee will remain valid and will be transferred to your new appointment date. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. A new fee will be required to book a future session. • Life Happens: We understand that true emergencies occur. If you are facing an unexpected situation, please reach out to me directly.
